Checkout takes a minute. You pay your first month upfront to confirm, then we build — typically 5–10 business days — with nothing further charged during the build.
Billing starts at launch, never before
Your recurring date is set once the build is approved on your launch call. You are never charged the subscription while we build.
Usage is billed separately
Communication and AI usage are billed separately in USD, at the published per-unit rates — texts, AI replies, and your phone number. Most clinics run $10–60 a month, and your $100 usage credit is drawn down first.
